Since the beginning of our company, we have wanted to be out of the ordinary. An originality that stands out from other groups! We decided to add a little culinary experience to our turn. So in addition to the classic raw fish in coconut milk, we have varied our menu by adding traditional dishes from Polynesian cuisine (not necessarily of Tahitian origin but also Chinese and even Hawaiian). For starters: Chinese-style raw fish. As main courses, we can offer, depending on the day: Hawaiian-style Chicken Fafa or Ma'a Tinito accompanied by Banana or Pumpkin Po'e, Fei, Taro, Uru, Coconut Bread. For desserts, pastries very popular with locals: Banana or Coconut Sponge Cake, Panacotta with coconut milk. For the brave with a strong stomach: from time to time there will be Fafaru, that is to say raw fish marinated in a fermented sauce made from shrimp heads. Of course, you won't have all of this at once. We will have to come back and do our tours several times! In any case, all the “guinea pig” tourists were very happy to eat something other than beef stew or ham and cheese snacks. In establishing these menus we also thought of those who have specific diets. Thus, we also offer vegetarian, vegan, fish-free, gluten-free menus, etc. However, you will need to tell us this at the time of booking.
